Welcome to the Chichester Down's Syndrome Support Group website. The group was set up in 1987 to give support to families of children with Down's Syndrome. There are 56 families in the local group, where childrens' ages range from new born to 21 years. The Group meet on a two-monthly basis at Bedford and Upton Estate Agents, South Street, Chichester. The meeting starts at 8pm on the second thursday of every other month. We also hold regular coffee mornings at each others houses. The dates for these are advertised in our newsletter. We would love people to understand that individuals with Down's Syndrome are "differently abled" as opposed to disabled.
